Cuba’s Number of Coronavirus Cases increases to 7

Yesterday during the television space Mesa Redonda, which is broadcast on national television on the island, two new cases of Coronavirus contagion in Cuba were announced. With which the number of infected people in the country rises to 7.


They are two men, 61 and 38 years old. One of the infected is a tourism worker, who lives in the city of Camagüey, while the other, live in the city of Havana and would have had contact with his Italian daughter on March 8th.


Both patients remain in a stable state at the Pedro Kourí Institute of Tropical Medicine, and so far their situation is not life-threatening.


Also in the television space, reference has been made to the Italian patient who is in serious condition, and specialists maintain that, until yesterday March 16th, the patient did not show any improvement and his condition is critical.
